By now you have either received or will be receiving a packet of information from TD Ameritrade regarding the final stages of the conversion of TD Waterhouse and Ameritrade to form TD Ameritrade. Your accounts will be assigned a new account number, and your holdings (securities and cash) will transfer from National Investor Services Corp. to TD Ameritrade Clearing, Inc. There is nothing that you, as a client, will need to do as a result of these changes. The packet of information that was mailed to you is information only.

We are in constant contact with TD Ameritrade regarding the upcoming conversion and we will continue to keep you informed of the progress and any changes that will occur.
