TD Ameritrade Online Access & Fee Schedules

TD Ameritrade will be implementing a new fee schedule as of July 1, 2007 for all client households under $500,000. Any clients who have combined household accounts of over $500,000 or have signed up for electronic statements and confirmations will be under the following fee schedule:

• Equity Trades $9.99 Flat
• Mutual Fund Trades $24.00
• Options $9.99 + $0.75/contract

Any clients who have household accounts of less than $500,000 and have NOT signed up for electronic statements or confirmations will be subject to the following fee schedule:

• Equity Trades $16.99 up to 1,000 shares and $0.01 for each share over 1,000 shares
• Mutual Fund Trades $31.00
• Options: $9.99 + $0.75/contract

We will establish online access and provide you with instructions on how to access your accounts and sign up for e-statements & confirmations.

If you already have online access, we recommend that you sign up for e-statements and confirmations under the Tools, My Info tabs.
