TD Ameritrade Account Statements

The final stages of the merger between Ameritrade and TD Waterhouse were completed during the month of May.

Please be aware that you will be receiving two separate statements for the month of May, both from TD Ameritrade.  One statement will be from the clearing firm National Investor Services Corp. (NISC) showing your old account number and a zero balance, and the other will be from TD Ameritrade Clearing, Inc. showing your new account number and all positions and transaction history.

Most of you have already received the account statements that show a zero balance.  You should be receiving the new statements showing all of your current positions soon. You can also contact our office to sign up for online access so you can view your accounts online immediately.

We apologize for the concern that this has caused.  Please feel free to contact our office if you have any questions.
